Habits (whether good or bad) get stronger as you reinforce them. For example, the more we make the right choices at meal time, the more likely it will become a strong habit. Just be careful how often you let yourself indulge, though, as you might be unwittingly making that a strong habit instead.

Plan for the next 9 meals (that’s only 3 days for most of us) to be well thought out and balanced meals. After you have a few good days under your belt, chances are you’ll want to keep the streak alive, making the habit stronger.
